Eilers Machine and Welding is a metal fabrication job shop that has been in business for 38 years. We are a family owned and operated business that services anyone from the US government to the AG community.

We are looking to expand our team by hiring an experienced CNC Programmer and/or operator that has the desire to improve our CNC HAAS area and take charge of their work environment.

CNC Operators and Programmers are guaranteed 40 hours a week although currently scheduled 50 hour work weeks with guaranteed overtime over 40 hours per week.

The hourly wage will be dependent on how much experience you have in CNC Programming and operating as well as reading government prints. There is a requirement of 3 years CNC experience or have gone to trade school for training in CNC Machine operating and programming.

We are needing someone to run the CNC department, manage the operators, program the machines, assist in set ups and implement our new machines we recently purchased that should arrive in August 2021.

The new machines are Doosan Vertical DNM 750L 85X x 30Y and Horizontal HM1250 82X x 59Y

If the applicant has experience operating and programming a Trumpf Laser and/or a CNC Plasma they would be offered more towards their hourly wage depending on experience and skill.

We are looking to hire someone who has a steady work history and has applicable work experience.
